My name is Becky, I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and would love to work with you. With a few lifestyle modifications, you will be able to gain better control of your health, while still enjoying ALL of the foods you love. I believe there is a place in the diet for everything. Working together you will better understand the importance of nutrition and the benefits it has on your body. I used a tailored science-based approach, which will lead to better results. All of my plans are built to help you and/or your family live a healthier lifestyle!
