Healthy-living Roadblocks
Wow, I have been MIA and I am sorry. The past 4-6 weeks have been crazy and I have been all over the place. My best friends turned 30, my grandma turned 90, and my brother is getting deployed so we through him a going away party! All of these events happened in different states, outside of Texas. It has been a goal of mine to try 1 or 2 new recipes this week, and I did! For breakfast I made banana bread! This is my husband's favorite breakfast item. He is not a big breakfast eater, so whenever our bananas are too ripe I like to make it for him! I swap out the flour for whole wheat and add some flax seeds to make it a little healthier. I had

On Saturday we had some friends over and had a cookout. Per usual, I had a ton of leftovers. I am not one for throwing out foods. Therefore a lot of our dinners were based around what we had in our fridge. Sunday was a little bit of a mess. I felt a little under the weather after the
